After the homes have been renovated and expanded they usually have 4 bedrooms and 2 baths. The businessman now finds a tenant for the property. He selects tenants who qualify for Section 8 housing, which is a government program for low income earners, to establish a stable situation. Now the businessman has an income producing property that he now sells as an investment to other parties who want to make money in the real estate market. Since these investment homes are sold with a tenant already established, the businessman is able to sell them for a good profit (in the $15K-$25K per house range). Don’t let yourself get down just because the economy is challenging because good opportunities are all around us if we will just recognize them and take action. All the best, Jeff Tags: investing Related Posts

Most of these homes are in the city limits of Atlanta and in the in the southwest section . I know a contractor that does these renovations for the investors. Contact me if you like and I will get you some more information. Thanks for dropping by.

Could you please contact me as soon as possible. I would like to know if there are any section 8 rentals in alpharetta for immediate move-in. Thanks

Hi Marcella, Thanks for dropping by the site. I will contact you by email to see if there is anything I can do for you. For those others interested in the answer, I am not aware of a way to search for just section 8 housing up here. I can tell you that occasionally you can find a home for lease up here around $900. So there are some affordable areas here but for the most part Alpharetta and Johns Creek are towards the upper end price wise compared to other suburban Atlanta neighborhoods. Post a comment
